Raised in East Feliciana Parish, I have been married to Ann Kleinpeter Phillips since 1978. We are the proud parents of five beautiful children, one son and four daughters.

My home Church is First Baptist Church Slaughter, La. It was there that I received Christ as my Lord and Savior and there I received my call into the ministry. God has greatly blessed our time in the ministry and has allowed us the privilege of serving several Church's here in Louisiana.

My family and I arrived at Comite Baptist Church in October of 2002 and every day we look forward to serving this loving and compassionate body of Christ.
